A cake recipe for all foodies:
Beat the egg yolks and sugar until creamy. Add the remaining ingredients (except syrup or Malaga). Put the mixture in a buttered cake tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake for 45 minutes at medium heat (150 °C). Remove cake from cake springform pan and turn out onto a cake rack so that the lattice pattern presses into the surface of the cake. Then turn the cake onto a cake plate on the other side and pour the Malaga or raspberry syrup over it.
