For the creamed runner beans, wash the runner beans, cut them into small pieces and put them in a pot. Cover the green beans lightly with water, add the stock cube and steam until soft.

Mix the sour cream well with flour (so that there are no lumps) and stir into the fully cooked runner beans. Season with vinegar, salt and pepper and serve the creamed green beans.
