For the pasta with vegetables, cook the pasta al dente (with salt), drain and set aside. Chop the onion and fry with a little oil and salt. Meanwhile, chop the zucchini, red bell pepper and orange bell pepper.
Cut the honey ham into strips add the peppers and onions and fry lightly. Add the ham and fry lightly.

Add 3-4 sprigs of fresh thyme and simmer gently for about 5-6 minutes, add a few chili flakes to taste.
