Instructions:

Boil water, mix in millet and add bay leaf spice, boil for 10 min, swell for 20 min and cool. Remove the bay leaf spice.

Add cheese, curd cheese, oat flakes, sea salt, paprika and curry and season. Form patties from the mixture.

Heat oil and fry patties in it for 4 to 5 min on each side.

For the sauce, boil clear soup, add millet flour while stirring and continue to boil for 10 minutes.
