For the chocolate banana liqueur, grind the chocolate and bananas. Except grain, put all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 8 min. at approx. 80 °C. Stir occasionally. Stir from time to time.

Then add the grain and simmer for another 2 minutes. Puree with a blender and fill into bottles while hot.
