20 min. Peel onion and chop finely. Cut lemongrass coarsely (into 3 pieces). Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Sauté onion and lemongrass in oil, add potatoes and pour in vegetable stock. Stew gently for 10 to 15 min until potatoes are soft.
Cut salmon into tender strips. Mix yogurt, sour cream and wasabi well.
Add to soup Krem fine form, blend with hand blender. Season soup with curry, pepper, salt and juice of one lemon and serve.
Garnish with 1 tbsp sour cream-yogurt-wasabi mixture, sprinkle with smoked salmon pieces and chervil.
