For the curd noodle casserole, cook the noodles until al dente, strain and rinse.For the curd noodle mixture, separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff.Beat the yolks with powdered sugar and lemon zest until foamy, stir in the curd, mix in the noodles, fold in the stiff peaches. Thinly grease a baking dish, strain the peach compote and alternately layer the noodle mixture and peach slices in the dish, finish with the noodle mixture.Sprinkle the curd cheese noodle casserole with breadcrumbs and place butter flakes on top.Bake at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes.
