For the Chinese vegetables fried salmon, peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, carrots into sticks. Divide cauliflower into small rosettes, cut Chinese cabbage into strips.

Heat wok and coat with oil. Fry the onion, carrots, diced peppers, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, snow pea pods, peas and bean sprouts until al dente. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.

For the salmon, heat oil in a skillet. Salt, pepper and sprinkle chili flakes over salmon and fry in oil on both sides. Serve the Chinese vegetables with salmon.
