First whip the whipped cream until semi-stiff and then whip the egg yolks with the sugar and the pulp of the vanilla bean in a 2-water bowl with a mixer until very creamy. Slowly fold in the rum and then add the whipped cream.

Beat again briefly.

Fill the liqueur into a bottle and leave to cool for about 2 hours, then drink to your health.
