Try this delicious cake recipe:

Stir ingredients and pour into a dense!!! Pour cake springform pan. Then spread about 5 rhubarb stalks cut into pieces evenly on top. Bake at 180 °C with circulating air until desired brownness (approx. 30 to 40 min.) Instead of the rhubarb, you can also use 1-2 sour apples or possibly berries.
