For the chickpea loaf, soak chickpeas for one night, then boil until soft. Drain, mash lightly. Mix with eggs, spelt flakes, milk and curd cheese, season and leave for 2-3 hours.

Heat butter in a pan, form loafs from the chickpea mixture and fry the chickpea loafs on both sides until golden brown.
