For The Balls:



A delicious recipe with red wine!

Soak chickpeas for one night. Coarsely chop the onions, pluck the parsley from the stems. Mash drained chickpeas with all ingredients. Cover, set aside. For the sauce, mix the sesame seeds paste well with the remaining ingredients and 50 ml water, season. Form chickpea mixture into small balls and coat with peeled sesame seeds. Fry in oil (deep fryer) for about 3-4 min. in portions. Serve lukewarm with the sauce.

Serve with white bread and red wine.
