Stir QimiQ until smooth. Cut the ham into small pieces, add and blend with a hand blender. Add the Peterli and spices and mix well. Stir in the whipped cream and place in the refrigerator to set (3 hours). Cut out dumplings from the mixture with two spoons and arrange on toast or pipe rosettes with a piping bag.

Tip: Smoked salmon can also be used instead of ham. A salad is an excellent accompaniment to the ham or salmon mousse.
