For the chicken in peanut coating, finely chop the chili pepper and press the garlic clove through the garlic press.
Mix with the peanut butter, soy sauce and lemon juice. Add a dash of water to blend the sauce well.
Cut the chicken fillet into bite-sized pieces and salt. Then massage the peanut sauce into the chicken pieces with your fingers.
Then place in a greased baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and honey. Grill the chicken pieces in the oven at 200 degrees for 8-10 minutes per side.
