Mozzarella ball cut into centimeter cubes. Scald, skin, seed and dice beef tomatoes. Chop basil and garlic.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and lightly fry the garlic.

Put the pasta in salted water, drain it and add it to the sauce while it is still hot and dripping.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, stir in the egg yolks, the mozzarella cubes and the basil, season with salt, pepper and oregano. When turning, not only must the whole mix well, but the cheese cubes should also melt. Bring to the table immediately.
