Instructions:

Cut the pork into cubes and fry it well with a little bit of fat in a saucepan. Then add the chopped onion, crushed garlic cloves and peppers cut into strips and deglaze everything with a little bit of beef broth. Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut them into pieces. Break the young corn cobs several times and put them together with (you can use canned corn instead) the zucchini cut into pieces on top of the boiling mixture.

Keep adding a little bit of beef broth.

When the ragout is done, serve it with dark buttered bread and cream cheese.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
