For the broccoli swirl muffins from the hot air fryer, first wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Blanch in boiling water, drain and rinse in ice cold water. Cut into small pieces.

Grease a muffin tray. Peel and finely dice or squeeze the garlic. Grate the cheese. Finely grate the potatoes as well. Mix with the rest of the ingredients (except the strudel dough).

Roll out the strudel dough and cut into squares with sides about 15-20 cm long. Place in the cavities of the muffin tins. There should still be a little edge sticking out.

Bake the strudel dough for about 3 minutes at 200 °C in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer.

Remove, add the filling and bake the broccoli strudel muffins from the air fryer at 180 °C for another 20 minutes.
