For the beef stew, wash the meat and boil it in a liter of water for about an hour until tender.
Meanwhile, clean, wash and chop the soup vegetables. Wash the cauliflower and cut into roses.
Add the vegetables to the boiling meat about 15 minutes before the end of cooking.
Season the stew with salt, horseradish and pepper. Remove the meat, dice it and add it back to the stew.
Wash and chop the parsley and serve the beef stew with the chopped parsley.
