Preheat the oven to 160 °C top/bottom heat.
Place the flour for the Cookie Dough batter in an ovenproof bowl and place in the preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes. Then allow to cool thoroughly.
In the meantime, weigh out all the ingredients for the Cookie Dough batter and quickly knead into a smooth, pliable dough.
Now for the brownie batter, first mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Melt the dark chocolate over a water bath and add to the dry ingredients with all the other liquid ingredients.
Then place the brownie batter on a baking tray and bake it for about 25 minutes at 180 °C hot air.
Allow the dough to cool, then add pistachios to the Cookie Dough and shape it into balls of the same size.
Last but not least, crumble the brownie batter and coat the cookie dough balls with it.
