For the apple-ginger muesli, mix the oatmeal with the milk and the apple and lemon juice in a bowl and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.

The next morning, grate or dice the apples (depending on your preference). Mix apples with yogurt and the oatmeal mixture from the day before and honey.

Sprinkle with chopped ginger and enjoy.
