Core the apple and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the carrot. Mix the curd with a little water until it has a creamy consistency.

Stir in the chia seeds and banana powder, then add the apple and carrot pieces. Then add flax seeds, the flakes, sunflower seeds, and cinnamon and vanilla powder to the bowl.

Pour over the protein drink and mix. If it is too dry, add more water as needed.

When it has a moist and creamy consistency, let it swell in the refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, mix well again and enjoy the power breakfast.
