For the granola baking muesli, scald almonds with hot water and then peel off the skin. Grind together with the hazelnuts in a blitz chopper.

Heat the honey, sugar and oil, stirring until the sugar melts – no hotter than 40 degrees, then the honey retains all the healthy ingredients.

In a bowl, give the oat and spelt flakes, nuts and hemp seeds a good stir with the spice, salt and oil mixture. This will take a while.

Then put the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 160 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes. until the mixture becomes a little golden brown. Meanwhile, stir several times.

Then take the baking tray with the still soft mass out of the oven and let it cool down. Only then mix in the chopped apple rings.

With time, the granola baking muesli becomes hard, you cut it up and fill it into a nice, large glass jar with a capacity of about 1.5 liters.
