For the shish kebabs, dice meat (2-3 cm). Pepperoni wash and cut into pieces. Wash tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Peel onion and cut into thick rings. Mix meat, pepperoni, tomatoes, onion, oil and bay leaves.
Let stand in refrigerator or cool place for about 10 hours. Thread meat, vegetables, onion and 1 bay leaf each alternately onto four shish kebabs and grill for 15 minutes.
