For the blueberry cake, beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and lemon juice until well blended. Add the eggs and stir them in. Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder and cinnamon and the milk. Mix everything well. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Wash the blueberries, drain well on a colander. Cover the blueberry cake with the blueberries and bake in a preheated oven at 180-190°C for 30-35 minutes.
