Sort out ribwort leaves, chop into pieces and put in tap water for 10 min. to reduce bitterness. Pour into a sieve and let drain. Cut cheese into cubes. Separate the onion from the skin and chop into thin slices. Mix vinegar, oil and seasoning to salad dressing and pour over ribwort leaves. Add cheese cubes and olives. Toss lettuce and top with onion rings.

Tip: Use fleshy olives for even more enjoyment!
