Steam apple rings in water for 10 minutes until soft, drain and collect broth. Prepare a smooth yeast dough from the ingredients listed and an eighth of a liter of apple juice (perhaps top up with water) and place in the oven for 10 minutes at 50 °C and 10 to 20 minutes at 0.

Cut the plums and apple rings into small cubes and knead them with the nuts into the dough.

Shape the dough into a round loaf and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
