Instructions:

Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.

Boil up the mascarpone with crème fraîche, lemon juice and zest and season to taste with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.

Drain the spaghetti cooked in salted water until al dente, drain and fold into the sauce.

Finally, stir in the chopped lemon balm and the pine nuts.
