Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Pasta in a different way: The special creamy-fine touch of crème fraîche in combination with pork fish and wild garlic (or arugula) gives your pasta a wonderful taste.

Rinse the pork fish under cold running water, dry, season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, sear the meat all over, roast over medium heat with the lid closed for about 15 min, then set aside in the frying pan for 10 min and rest.

Make tagliatelle according to package directions, transfer to a colander (reserving pasta liquid), rinse hot and drain. Rinse wild garlic or arugula, dry and cut into strips.

Stir crème fraîche with 5 tablespoons pasta liquid in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper. Fold in pasta, heat briefly, arrange on a platter and sprinkle with arugula or possibly wild garlic. Cut the meat into slices and arrange on the pasta.
