For the chocolate flowers, quickly knead all the ingredients for the dough together and chill for about 1/2 hour. Roll out the dough and cut out round cookies. Bake them in the preheated Rohe (at 170°) for about 10 – 12 minutes. For the filling, beat the butter until fluffy and stir in the remaining ingredients. Assemble 2 cookies at a time with the filling. As decoration, place a blob of white chocolate icing on top of the chocolate flowers.
