For the nut cake, in a smaller saucepan bring water to a boil and a bowl (set on the saucepan) melt the butter with the crumbled chocolate.

In the meantime, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Set the melted chocolate aside and let it cool a bit. Now in a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy and fold in the nuts.

Then add the cocoa, baking powder, vanilla sugar and rum flavoring. Finally, add the melted chocolate and mix until the mixture is smooth.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. During the baking time, check the dough again and again. Serve while still warm with a little whipped cream.
