For the frozen yogurt, first prepare the sugar syrup by boiling the sugar and water together until a syrupy consistency is achieved. Allow to cool.
Mix the yogurt, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons of the sugar syrup together. Place the yogurt mixture in the ice cream maker for about 40 minutes and let cool. If you don’t have an ice cream maker at hand, you can put the mixture in the freezer and stir vigorously with a blender every half hour until the frozen yogurt is frozen.
Place the finished frozen yogurt in a piping bag and squirt into an ice cream bowl. Garnish with fresh fruit as desired and serve immediately.
