For the spinach ravioli with green asparagus, fry briefly in a pan and remove from the pan. Fry finely chopped bacon and chopped garlic and deglaze with white wine.
Reduce briefly, pour in whipping cream and water and add the ravioli. Let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, add asparagus and season with chili and pepper.
Chop fresh spinach, fold in and serve the spinach ravioli with green asparagus. Since the bacon is already spicy enough, usually no further salt is needed.
