For the polenta, bring the water to a boil and season. Pour in the cornmeal and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, add the cornmeal.

Cook again for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly (until the porridge separates from the bottom ), then serve.

For decoration, you can pour this porridge into a rinsed cake pan and turn it out, sprinkle with herbs if necessary.
