For the steamed herb garlic bulb, leave the garlic whole and peel the individual cloves only on the outside.
Boil half a liter of water with a dash of vinegar and salt to taste.
Put the garlic in, boil over high heat for 5 minutes. Remove from the broth and drain.
Finely chop the herbs. Place garlic in an ovenproof glass dish, sprinkle with herbs, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pour white wine.
Steam in the preheated oven at 160°C convection oven for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the herb garlic bulb again with fresh herbs.
