For the coconut corners, melt butter and cool again slightly. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.

Gradually add the yolks. Mix flour with baking powder and fold into the egg-butter-sugar mixture.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at approx. 170 °C for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, fold in the sugar and coconut oil. Spread the warmed jam on the still hot base, then the snow mixture and place in the oven again.

Bake until done.

Carefully melt the coconut oil and add the chocolate. Cut the now well cooled cake into triangles.

Dip the coconut corners one end in the chocolate icing. Let dry on a cake rack and serve.
