Try this delicious cake recipe:

Make a sponge mixture from the dough ingredients. Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake at 160 degrees convection for 25- half an hour.

For the topping, boil the milk, sprinkle in the semolina and let it swell for about 5 minutes. Melt the gelatine according to the instructions and fold into the cooled semolina mixture. Cream butter and powdered sugar and fold in coconut. Mix the coconut mixture with the semolina dough and spread on the baked and cooled cake base. Use liquid chocolate icing to draw lines over the coconut mixture.

Cut the cake into triangles or squares.
