For the bacon dumplings, brown the onion finely chopped in the oil, add chopped bacon and fry lightly. Partames, sausage and parsley mix well with the onion-bacon fat mixture.

Pour the bread cubes into an appropriate container, pour the sausage-partames-bacon grease-parsley mixture over it, mix well.

Then beat the milk well with the eggs and pepper and pour over the bread cube mixture and spread well. Let stand for 1 hour.

With wet hands, grind about 35 dumplings. Steam over steam for about 20-25 minutes. The dumplings are made WITHOUT flour. When cooled, freeze individually and simply heat in soup or salted water as needed.
