Instructions:

First dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, then quickly knead a yeast dough from the first six ingredients. Cover the dough and let it rise for an hour.

Cut the bacon into strips of about 1×2 cm and slowly render rather than fry in a pan over half the heat. Peel the onion, cut into rings and add to the bacon. Keep stirring in the pan until the onion and bacon are nice and light brown.

Then pour some of the fat from the pan into a baking dish and spread well. Roll out the yeast dough slightly larger than the mold and place it inside, allowing the edges to overhang.

Spread the bacon and onion on the dough, mix well the eggs, cheese and whipped cream with the finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper and pour over the bacon and onion mixture.

Fold the edges of the dough over a little and bake at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for about 45 minutes.
