First, slowly melt the butter in a pan.
As soon as the butter is hot and bubbles, break the egg into it.
Reduce heat and fry until the egg white is set and the yolk is (semi-)solid. (Be careful that the spareribs only turn golden brown on the underside and not black!)
While still in the pan, sprinkle with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
Using a skillet scoop, lift the fried egg onto a plate and serve very fresh.
