Instructions:

Line a baking tray with baking paper.

Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt slowly over a water bath.

Once liquid, pour the chocolate mixture onto the prepared tray and spread until smooth.

Immediately sprinkle with strawberries, peppercorns and chili flakes. Finally, loosely sprinkle the dried flowers on top.

Place the tray in the refrigerator for several hours to allow the chocolate to harden completely.

Roughly break the finished, solid chocolate sheet and decoratively wrap the break to taste.
