Instructions:

Cook the Fleckerln in boiling salted water until al dente. Strain and rinse with cold water. Drain and toss in a little olive oil.

Wash the wild garlic leaves with cold water, shake dry and chop coarsely. Cut the smoked meat into strips or cubes.

Mix egg with cream and sour cream and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Mix the smoked meat and wild garlic with the egg mixture, put it into a deep pan and let it boil down a bit. Now stir in the Fleckerln.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and serve hot.
