For the wholemeal flambé with ham and peppers, first mix the flour with the salt, knead together with the water and olive oil to a dough (best with a food processor) and let rest for 20-30 minutes.
For the topping, mix the sour cream with the pressed garlic and season with salt and pepper. Cut the ham and the bell bell pepper into small cubes, the onion into fine rings or also small pieces.
Roll out the dough thinly, spread generously with the sour cream mixture and sprinkle with the ham and vegetables. Bake the wholemeal flambé with ham and peppers at approx. 200 °C for 20 minutes.
