Instructions:

For the ginger wholemeal cookies, mix the flour with baking soda and crumble the butter in it. Add remaining ingredients and knead everything into a dough. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

Then roll out, cut out shapes and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake the wholemeal ginger cookies over medium heat.
