For the steamed vegetable stew, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, cut into cubes, peel the kohlrabi and also cut into cubes. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick. Peel the zucchini as well, quarter lengthwise and then cut into small pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan, fry the onions until translucent, then add the peppers, carrots, kohlrabi and zucchini and stew until soft. Season the steamed vegetable stew with salt, pepper and vegetable soup seasoning.
