Thick Rib with Onions

Instructions:

Divide thick rib into portions and roast without fat for 25 min open in roaster in oven at 250 °C. Remove the skin from the onions and chop coarsely.

Chop 2 onions from this mixture, sauté with garlic and cook well with the remaining ingredients. Spread the onions evenly on the meat and pour the sauce over it. Roast open for another 1 1/2 hours at 170 degrees. Goes well with rye rolls and beer.
