For the vegetable dumplings, mix the eggs in the water, add the flour and mix everything into a very liquid dough. Lightly roast the herbs with the vegetables in a pan (the frozen vegetables should no longer be frozen).

Stir the vegetables and the bread cubes into the dough liquid. The mass must now rest for 1/2 hour. If the mass is too wet, add more flour, if the mass is too firm, stir in some water.

Then form dumplings and put them in boiling , salted water, turn down the heat and let the dumplings steep for about 5 minutes until they turn.
