Mix meat with all ingredients except oil and fry for a little while. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry meat until crispy brown.
Mix yogurt with all ingredients.
Preheat the kitchen stove to 180 degrees.
In a gratin dish (with a lid) cover the bottom with the bread. Pour the yogurt over it. Put the meat on top. Cover with a lid (or cover with aluminum foil) and heat for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
