Brösler – Potato Specialty

Grate the peeled potatoes over the “Brösler” grid or, if you do not have this grid, cut the potatoes into small cubes of about 1 cm. Season them with salt, dust them with flour so that the cubes are completely covered with flour.

Heat 1 tablespoon of clarified butter in a cast-iron frying pan and fry as many “Brösler” as possible at once. Put the roasted “Brösler” into a “Reindl” and place it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for about 1 hour. Turn the “Brösler” again and again to the other side.
