Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!
Boil pasta in enough salted water. Cut the spring onion into fine rings and sauté in butter. Mushrooms rinse and cut into slices to the spring onions form. Sauté on low heat. Add crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix milk with whipped cream, add Worster sauce and paprika and fold into the onion/ mushroom frying pan. Fill pasta into a gratin dish and spread onion/mushroom mixture evenly over it. Sprinkle with grated Emmentaler or Appenzeller cheese and bake in the oven at 180 °C for approx. 30 min.
