Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Step 1 Remove the skin from the onion and garlic and chop finely. Rinse the zucchini, grate with a kitchen grater or cut into long, narrow strips. Clean the spring onions, rinse and cut into fine rings. Grate the Parmesan cheese.

Step 2 In a large saucepan, bring enough salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine in it until al dente according to the package instructions.

Step 3 In the meantime, lightly brown the onions in the butter. Fry the zucchini, garlic and spring onions for about 3 minutes. Add the vegetable soup, cream cheese and Parmesan cheese and cook quietly over low heat until the pasta is cooked.

Step 4 Drain the pasta into a colander. Season the sauce with balsamic vinegar, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Serve with the fettuccine and a tiny bit of freshly grated Parmesan.
